Howard Hopkins Program
Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center - Howard Hopkins Program
The partnership between Howard University Cancer Center and the Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center is dedicated to building a strong national cancer program to address the significant disparity in cancer rates and survival in minority populations.
The National Cancer Institute’s Minority Institution/Cancer Center Partnership (MI/CCP) program renewed its research grant to Johns Hopkins and Howard University in 2006 to further this collaboration in cancer research with $2.6 million annually over a five-year period.
